2 positions out, owes 40K total. Paying about 675/day currently. Advances are strangling the company. Very low ending balances and negative days because way over-leveraged on the 2 advances.

Would like 80K 1st position @ 12 months if possible. $400 a day would save them about 6K a month with the advances paid off and the cash will give breathing room until the busier season. I won't push a 3rd position on them.

Any direct lenders that would look at this one?

FUNd - I am a direct lender and do a lot of consolidations. Assuming all of the numbers add up for this client, his monthly payment (I do monthly payments, not daily) on $80k would be about $8,700, or a little over $400/daily if you do the math. Twelve month term. Client can pre-pay any time after six months with no fees/penalties (principle only).

One knee jerk reaction I have though, is if they are doing $800k - $1M annual, why those payments are strangling them to badly. But I can understand that better once I see financials.
