Would anyone look at a Car Dealership with 7 current positions.

Does 4.5MM Sales. Balance with Advances is 180K....ideally looking for a refi (who isnt??)

I am a direct lender and fund a lot of consolidations. Auto dealer does not scare me, and neither does 7 positions...I look more at the profitability of clients rather than red-lining any particular industry.

With consolidation, I can do a twelve month term, monthly payments.. Longer terms are available. We would pay off the existing advances and end up in a first position. Clients can pre-pay any time after six months (paying remaining principle only, no interest) to save a ton of money.

That's why I want real estate as collateral
