I have a client who is an auto dealer. They are 75% paid in on an existing advance. Does anyone know who would have the best rates and terms and would buy out the existing advance and offer a 1st position.

Auto dealers are tough to get low rates for, unless they are IOU quality and will accept $100K or less.

I can offer them more money than any of my competitors, and also a longer term.

As long as they have strong banks we would be able to help you out on this. As far as coming in with a 1st position it will depend on who it is currently with and how their payment history has been.

Not sure what you will need as far as rates but we would be looking at a 1.38 - 1.42 for a car dealership. Give me a call if you would want to discuss further.

I am a direct lender and fund a lot of consolidations. Auto dealer does not scare me...I look more at the profitability of clients rather than red-lining any particular industry.

With consolidation, I can do a twelve month term, monthly payments, at 1.31 factor rate over twelve months. Longer terms are available. We would pay off the existing advance and end up in a first position. Clients can pre-pay any time after six months (paying remaining principle only, no interest) to save a ton of money.
