If he is shopping aggressively it's very likely that you've already lost the deal. Not to be mean, just honest - brokers play chess locking themselves in to all lenders that can make the strongest offer on a deal within hours if not minutes.

Looks you like you'll be playing the "send me the agreement and I'll get you a Better offer" game. First position is pretty much off the table with the current balance and the buy rate you're looking for.

    Hey Skytop,

I am a direct lender and would be interested in looking at this IF the client is open to consolidating his first two loans (no I am not a MCA lender). Twelve month term. 1.31 Factor, monthly payments. Assuming a $300k funding amount (since he will have paid down some of it), his monthly payments would be about $32,700 which is slightly more than he is paying now for $200k ($1,500 X 21 days = $31,500).

Your client would have to understand that he would be prohibited from stacking for the duration of my repayment schedule (yes, we have a way to enforce it).

All this stated, his numbers would have to support that he can comfortably afford the payment. I am going to be more strict than my MCA colleagues. :-)

If there is interest, please feel free to reach out, and I can tell you what I need to provide a quick assessment. Email is best since I am typically booked all day on calls.

    Best,

Thanks golf2014. I had posted a reply yesterday (dpfund) and I think my colleague was just paying me a compliment. Let me know if you are interested in discussing.

    $320,000.00 needed.

Get his attention back using a 6%, 10 year loan.
That should stop hom from signing for another MCA

If they are doing 550k per month how much are their receivables? $750k? An Asset Based Line of Credit (not factoring) with an 80 per cent advance on paper up to 90 days is likely the way to go.

Interest rate would be around 12% annually.

Potential issue: Who are they billing? Is it EOB's or Moms and Pops?

Feel free to call 516 510 3855 to discuss...

If it's Medicare and Insurance Companies I can have a LOI out in 24 hours and the due diligence done in 12 business days..
