I have a client that owns a construction/ remodeling company. Company is 4 years old. They are not a sole prop but he is home based. Statements look pretty good but could look better. He averages about 50K per month right now but last year was doing about 100K per month. Has a couple of big jobs coming up with a large hospital. He has two open advances that he would like to pay off totaling 40K. He doesn't have any collateral to put up. Looking for a home. Looking for the max amount. Any takers? I know this is a tough one.

Aling with the advance he should have a factoring agreement to help him with his hospital contracts.

Depending on the individual balances of the first 2 positions we could come in as a second. We require the merchant net 50%.
