I agree with Kevin's thought. this sounds like a factoring opportunity. Better for you and better or the client.

This deal sounds like a solid one for WBL, so long as they have the real estate available.

We can lend 2-3X their monthly revenue, so it would be a much more significant round of funding for the client... Not to mention much more commission for yourself!

I agree with Kevin and Bob on this one. This deal would be better suited for factoring/asset based lending as factors can at times help finance their production cycle, which will ultimate be of concern with such large contracts and payment terms. A term loan might strap the borrower's CashFlow down the line.

If you consider factoring, I am happy to see what we can do. Non-recourse, silent notification, and if it makes sense, we might even finance their production cycle.

why would it make any sense for the merchant to payoff and only net 60-70k to get an extra 6 months ? paying double on the money like that will be crazy .
