Can someone give me some good names at Everest?

I would say Mark Fuchs as well. Lots of industry experience on many fronts, coupled with intelligence and hunger to help you close deals.

Everest is another finder that has a retail shop. So, if you send them a deal and don't fund with them expect the file to be sent to their retail shop and the you're in competition with yourself.

I've done a ton of business with them and would say this is NOT an issue.

I deal with Joe Huguenot there, he is awesome and on top of the ball on all deals. Give him a call directly if you want at 646-432-5030

I'll vouch for Joe here -- Everest has a great commission structure and has a seamless funding process. One of my favorite funders.
