Syndication management % for brokers
I'm in talks with one of my main lenders regarding syndicating on my files. One of the main questions I have is whether or not the management fee should be based on the net profit or on total payback.
3% on total payback comes out to more than 10% of net profit!

Syndication management % for brokers
Are they assisting with legal and collections in the event of default? (Something to consider) Also at some point if the syndication investments are large enough and consistent enough I can assure you that a management fee is negotiable to an extent. Big difference between having 50k on their platform and 1M or more.
Speak to Amanda at PSC, they have good stuff going on that may interest you as well. Also they charge slightly different than the standard 3% Managment fee. Give her a call...
