yeah but are they going out 12-15 months?? I have seen commissions like that on some shorter stuff. If you can get anything over 12 points on deals 10 months or longer you are doing good.. that is 12+ points before any closing cost or fees

Yes, but the how many of the A+ deals do you have that can earn the 17 from SFS? I bet you have a lot more B and C quality deals that Everest will fund for you and pay you 13%.

Yes, MCC will let you upsell that many points, but realistically how many of the kind of merchants you can get funded at MCC will let you sell the deal that high? The majority of B and C quality deals that you get can be funded at Everest, and they will pay 13% with a deal priced at 1.40 and you can still upsell the rate from there.

Just want to clarify that my comment was to those quoting sfs and mcc. For what Everest funds they are probably the best commission with the most reasonable extra fees they charge .(not the factor)

I remember when I started at 2nd Source in 06 we were making 1% on the payback. It's crazy how things have changed. It may have gotten more crowded but you can make way more money than before.
