I have a client who is an auto dealership and car leasing company. He does about 60% car sales and 40% car leases.

He does approx $300K to $550K in revenue per month, a little bit of seasonal variance because he's in Arizona (slow in summer, busy autumn and winter). He has six positions out. Excellent payment history with all lenders.

His total balances are about $180K.

I'm looking to him consolidate and net a little for showroom renovations. Any suggestions?

Thank you Zach. So long as the ave/ending balances are strong (or he/she own RE),and they are managing a much higher payment than they should have with ease, it is not that unrealistic.
