We're just trying to listen to our customers and give them what they want. You may not be a customer and that's fine, but I have worked with a lot of ISO's. I have trained them on my methods. I have asked them; "does this work for you?" That's generally the first thing you should do before you go building stuff. Otherwise, you run the risk of building useless garbage no one wants. Every idea is a dumb idea otherwise everybody would be doing it... Imagine how they looked at the first person who said; "we're going to put water in a bottle and sell it!"
