    High balance payoff

who will pay off a 200k balance? Their last advance was 500k, Numbers justify at least 600k advance.

So whats the move then? Do a 2nd position so original lender wont reup then take deal?

Rapid will fund high quality deals up to $500k. 5+ years in business, 670+ fico, must submit financials with pre-qual. Skideep is correct the merchant must net 40% for large deals we will not payoff over $75k.

Safe for Jeremy to throw that out there, because there is no way in hell they will do this deal with a $200K balance. $75K is the highest they will go, and I have seen GBR claim they will do $90-100K payoff (but never materialize)

Be careful with the 2nd position. You dont wanna strand the merchant with a huge balance and no way to get more funds except for small 2nd's/ The only thing is if the company giving the second will commit to giving the merchant a comparable deal once his balance comes down then you can do it. Thats what I tend to like to do here at YSC. We do give seconds but it is done as a bridge to giving them first porition money when the balance comes down.

MFS Global may qualify them for a second position.

That is exactly what I want. And the best way to do it.

Attention ISO's .... lol.... so On Deck JUST JUST JUST approved a new rule where the balance does not matter, they will pay it off as long as the 50/50 rule applies. They just green lit this apparently, we will see if they live up to it.

Considering they only go up to $150-200K, you know what the balance cannot exceed right there (and for those of you who cannot figure that on your own, use a calculator)
