    Hard Money Commercial Mortgage

    Is there anyone out there doing hard money commercial mortgages?
    I have a deal where the client owns the property and is almost done with construction but needs a little more $ in order to complete the construction of their building.

    what equity would the merchant have if they are looking to additional capital to complete the project?
