I have a merchant who is looking anywhere from 250K to 350K. Now, the issue with this deal is the structure that the merchant is looking for which is a monthly payment over (at least) 18 months at a fixed rate around 16% to 20%.

I have everything from him when it comes to financials. Profit and loss statements up to date, tax returns for 2014 and extension for 2015, balance sheets 2015 -2014 and payback months etc.

He is not willing to put any equity as collateral but his willing to put some assets if he has to in order to close the deal. He currently has stock that is worth over 1m with no outstanding balance.

I had him approved in various tier one companies with maximum offer at 350K. However, the deal was not closed at the time because of the structure I was offering. (Most important is, I did not offer " Monthly payment " which was a key factor in closing the deal) As the merchant is only willing to work with a monthly payment.

Merchant leases where he is currently operating the business and he is up to date with this payments.
