I have no clue whether or not this is possible. I have a good connection for startup funds for folks who have at least 600 FICO and up all across the board. But what happens if someone just has good job income, but wants some quick startup funds? Is there any company out there that does it?

I had a doctor who was looking to open a practice and buy some expensive MRI machine patients would come far and wide to use (health insurance covers). He was already working for University of Miami Hospital and wanted to fulfill his dream of his own health practice. Had the location set, an existing practice with doctors and patients he would buy. I couldn't find anyone to fund start ups at the time, this was definitely a good one.

Crazy thing is, I spoke to a doctor in the same exact situation. Was about 2 yrs ago. Surgeon w/ $400,000 annual salary... I don't think it's possible to get anything with such credit unless they deal with venture capital or angel investment..
