Grounds maintenance? where are they located? $200K a year, could all be made from April - Sept, thus there is nothing to be done for merchant in fall/winter.

We can work with this industry and the revenue would support a loan that would payoff his existing and leave $8 - $10K for the merchant. We can also offer a 12 month payback period depending on seasonality status.
