    My client owns 2 NYC apartment buildings free and clear valued over 4MM. Looking for 2.4MM interest only payments, non recourse paid back in 3 years.

    I found a lender and should have a term sheet by the end of the day. 2.4mm @7% on 5 year term. That includes fees of which I make 2 points.

    Agreed with Cash Cow. Not everyone is perfect and this forum is presumably about creating new relationships and helping each other to grow our business. I've been a direct lender for a long time and know a lot of people in the industry, but only recently joined DF, meeting many more good people...while witnessing some nasty comments from some parties that accomplish nothing. In fact...less than nothing, since I would never consider doing business with people who live in a state of mind where they feel they need to slam someone else to make themselves feel important.

    Just sayin...

    Nathan - Congrats on securing funding for your client. I have some RE clients that I'd like to talk with you about if your lender can realistically get deals done.
