Every day in business has a theme - I guess today it's posting pleas for help evaluating third party partners.

I'm firing my CRM provider today - what does the room say about these products? Is there a unanimous winner? I'm familiar with all the big names, and am comparison shopping - is there anyone that's the category killer for us Funding Types?

We use MCASuite and love it. Very easy to use and manage files and receive submissions from our ISOs. It's MCA specific but I also second that about Zoho CRM. Very good CRM for any industry.

spend some money and build your own. there are plenty of templates out there and programmers willing to customize them for decently cheap if you outsource the programming to overseas

Ubix technologies will build a kick ass CRM off of VTiger to your needs and brand. Customize it to your liking. They know the funding/MCA space very well.

They also can handle a lot of other stuff you may use or have a need for and beat everybody's pricing. Dialers, fax, email, integration etc. They are basically a one stop shop for everything technology/communication related. Highly recommend them. I have used them for years and know the guys personally.

Depends on how much you want to spend. All of the names mentioned in this thread are good solutions. VTiger, Sugar & Salesforce (of the names mentioned that I'm familiar with) will probably require 3rd party integration assistance. I use Zoho which only costs $3/mo, has a smartphone app w/ full accessibility and integrates to Outlook.
