What type/kind of leads are you actually looking for? What type of marketing do you plan to do? With regards to MCA and factoring there are a lot of different types of leads for those areas.

In my opinion the job of a lead is to get you in contact with the prospect. The closing ratio really depends on a lot of things like your marking piece, your offer, your phone/selling skills and so on.

Leads are only as good as the process that you employ to move them through your pipeline.

Work with 1-2 funders and you wont find homes for some of the deals from your leads, don't follow up via phone, email, text message, carrier pigeon then your leads wont do as well for you either.

Make it hard for someone to do business with you and they will go elsewhere.

Leads are as good as the process after their generation.

What's the deal with no office address on the website? We don't even know what state (or country) you are located in, and you want people to hand over money for leads? On top of that, you're promoting social media leads and your fancy social media links on your own website don't even work. Come on.
