NEEDED: Florida hard money lender for OO bridge loan
I have a request for a ~65% LTV bridge loan in Florida that is owner occupied. Property is free and clear. Need approximately $200k.
Strong borrower with high income but a foreclosure in the past 4 years.
Please contact me directly if you have a source for this. I have many FL sources but none that will do OO.
