What's your thoughts on these lenders?
Strategic?
Fox business funding?
How are these two lenders? Have you worked with either? How many points do they pay on funded deals?

Strategic is great ,one of the main players in the industry . Fox sucks .

if by strategic, you mean strategic funding source, they are really good.

Fox is absolutely horrible they have like 3 people in total working there and you send deals there and no one ever answers the phone no less updates you on your deals

I've had the same experience with Fox so far. Was recommended for 2nd position deals but I never get a return phone call.
