    Lender needed -- 60 to 90 day bridge loan for high credit borrower

    Need to get a deal funded in the government services space. Client has $70MM plus in government contracts, and has a loan set up with JP Morgan but won't get first draw for 90 days. Needs a bridge loan to that first draw. All in, 20% effective APR or lower. Will have more details tomorrow. Ping me if you can do this. carl@breakoutfinance.com
