Our client, a relativity small construction company is looking for $100K in financing. The funding is needed for the purchase of materials to complete a few projects. A MCA will not work, as they have set some parameters, possibly unrealistic. Purchase order financing will not be an option, as these projects do not carry a purchase order document even though these projects involve banks.

They are looking for an unsecured loan, no hard money lending, SBA type (although not an SBA loan) with rates in the 6%-8% range.

Financials can be provided for serious inquires.

You are correct, unrealistic.
I woukd not waste time on this deal until they consider non SBA financing in the high teens or more.
