Sales Managers

We are looking for driven, aggressive professional sales manager who can recruit, build and nurture groups of in house Agents selling Merchant Cash Advance, Revenue Based Financing (ACH), Invoice & PO Factoring and other innovative financial product offerings to small businesses nationwide. The position is located in Brooklyn , New York.

The position requires a "can do" attitude to Merchant submissions funded quickly while managing realistic expectations. This is a highly competitive position calling for someone with the stamina, will power, finesse and street savvy to build trust and a preference among Merchants.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

This job requires strong leadership skills. This job requires someone who motivates and inspires their Sales Reps to achieve and grow consistently.

A results oriented, no excuse professional who finds answers and solutions.

Candidate Requirements

3 - 5 years B2B sales experience. Sales of MCA & ACH financial products.

A passion for speed and accuracy and a willingness to work long, hard hours to succeed
Superior verbal communication skills
Ability to perform at a high level in a team setting
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Intermediate level computer skills, including CRM software such as Salesforce.
