Baby company 8 months old Sole Prop Store in Mall Needs funding Avg. $3K/mo
I don't want to kill this deal on arrival because of the referral source who sent it. Basically, it's a sole prop but has a lot of potential because it's a store located in a mall.
He has processing every month, averaging about $1500. Balances are low for the last 4 months, like $2200 to 4,000 or so. He even has had a crappy month last month with negative days, but not every month like that. If you'll take a look at the file & consider it, email me:
