Tax lien with no payment plan

try max advance. search the post for the contact like you probably should have searched this topic before posting. it's been addressed so many times you could have found your answer with out having to wait. you'll probably get a 6-8 month offer at most with a 1.32 buy. all depends on the size of the lien as well.

We just funded someone who didn't have a payment plan but at least had documentation showing correspondence with the legal party they were dealing with regarding the lien. Feel free to shoot the file over and we'll take a look for you if you'd like.

Ryan, saw you posted in a bunch of threads, and seems like you do a lot the other guys don't. Are you guys direct, syndicate, or an ISO?

Ha, yes. I've been a long-time reader of DF but never posted so I got a little post-happy on my couch reading through the threads finally as a registered user

We are direct and have always typically worked directly with the merchants since inception and have only recently opened up our doors to relationships with ISOs.

In other words, you are an ISO that has recentl;y opened your doors to accepting applications from sub ISO's?

What are your criteria for funding merchants with open tax liens? Do you have a limite on the amount of tax liens owed?

I have no problem showing everyone what we are able to do. Actions speak louder than words.
