Hey Bob. Sorry for delay in response. I can forward the business plan and all material on this project. It's actually a good deal. The owner is an attorney in the US. It's a coffee deal and this attorney did an enormous job of putting a plan together for an underwriter to fully explain everything. Let me know if you have an interest in seeing everything.
