taking 9% of their total, which is 5% of grand total.
MCA deal, but prefer AC, 9-12 months, 1.38 OK

We wouldn't look at AMEX as a position. So if the merchants looking for those terms we can base it as a 1st position deal. Please contact me with some more info as I don't see this being hard to fund with those numbers.

No one looks at Amex as an advance. there are several funders who will give this merchant $150k/12 month daily or weekly at a 1.23 rate paying 7 points.

A lot of people look at AMEX advance....as an advance. IOU...yep.

Amex isn't regarded as a position so the merchant should have no problem qualifying for a first. Plus, if AmEx gave him a loan my guess is his credit isn't bad either so the terms and rate he/she is looking for isn't too unreasonable. Shoot me an email so we could discuss it further.

Some lenders do take a look as that as an advance. Depends on the way it is structured
