If its A paper that would mean that you have good banks.. If thats the case why do you need a lockbox? Do an ACH based on the CC processing. The lockbox id going to make the deal take longer to fund and make the merchant wait longer to receive the CC processing deposits, ACH based on processing is better for you and the merchant

I meant all other things, credit, industry, TIB, etc but obviously bad banks.

with bad banks most companies wont look at it as an A paper deal even if everything else is strong they probably wont get top tier rates
