Who does 2nd positions $150K-$200K for clean paper, 680+ credit score, will fund $150K-$250K at a reasonable factor for a 9-12 month term(and do weekly if possible)? No Brokers, YS, Pearl(no offense)...I already know IOU and Quickbridge. Am I missing anyone? I mostly do 1st position deals and pay off whenever possible. I have a couple of clients who need 2nds, are not habitual stackers, have 680+ credit scores and a clean history who need $$ yesterday!!

Any help would be appreciated!!

Knight goes out to around 150 payments I believe. I listed them in the order of rates/terms (except WBL's rate would be comparable to any of the others, depending on various factors).

Quarterspot is a great funder! Very similar to IOU in underwriting and process. Make sure you don't put the client's email address into the submission portal though, or it will automatically send the offer to the customer.
