Multi location restaurant wants to buy out investor- Investment bank or Loan program
5 location restaurant doing around 8.5M in gross sales. They are looking to buyout an investor for 2.5M the original amount he invested at startup which was in 2004. Can anyone take a look at this deal & see if it can get done? They need a long term program.

I can help. My partners and I worked on a similar project earlier this year. It was for $4.5 M to buyout a partner.
