I'm referring to the structure of the money you are using to place on a street. Whether you are using equity or debt financing. Not sure what you mean by commissions roll outs

I think I understand the question. To those that fund deals directly, how do you get the funds? Is it structured as debt from the investor(s) (loan) or equity financing (equity partners)?
