I understand that this is a topic that has been discussed several times over; however, I must inquire; Is any lender willing to do a used auto dealership (high end vehicles - Jags, Porsches, Range Rovers, etc.) who does around $150,000/ monthly. They have no competitor balance and have been around for 3 years. The main issue with this deal is that the merchant has absolutely no credit. It will pull up as 9002.

We need around $50,000.

I can get your client the 50k that they are looking for providing their is no competitor balance, all I would need is their 6 months bank statements to justify the 50k and provide proof of their gross of 150k per month.
