Hi all,

Trying to find a home for a deal.

Freight company in GA doing about $6 mil per year in revenue with a plethora of strong and steady contracts for months and months of future work. They have 8 outstanding mca loans paying $7,709 daily and total payoff of $1,076,000. 660 FICO score. They have never gone nsf and continue to grow their business despite the mcas.

They are looking to consolidate all mcas into one payment.

I have all supporting financials if needed.

We may be able to help them out by using an ABL in combination with another financial instrument and we pay the highest commissions in our industry, bar none. Do they have any other debt besides the advances?

Like Sigmund said, this deal looks like a slam dunk indeed! $500K per month would allow us to provide between $1MM and $1.5MM, and with that kind of revenue you can bet this client has collateral.
