I have a client that needs 79k-100k
I have a client that has a trucking business that brought in over 400k last year and already 400k this YTD. Merchant has 2 positions at 50k and 29k- for a total daily of 625... The client doesn't just want a third position and another loan, the client wants one lender to consolidate and buy the 79k for one payment that will be less then 625 a day OR 100k to give the merchant an extra 21k working capital and again ONE daily payment instead of two. The merchant also has equity in own home for about 50k, a truck with 15k equity and another property with about 60k equity if that helps make the deal. Please let me know if you can help and feel free to contact me at (323) 450 7431, I prefer a quick text first and then i'll call you as I take inbound live transfers all day. Thanks everyone!
NO credit card transactions and is paid by trucking company for services weekly.

Let me get this straight.....
1) Merchant is on pace to do $800K this year (2015), or $67,000 a month
2) merchant has TWO outstanding balances totaling 79K
3) merchant wants either $79,000 to pay off the two, or $100K to net something
4) Merchant was $75K in assets they want to collateralize
If the above is all true, Is this merchant out of his or her mind?

try a term loan like the sba product or possibly funding circle. he had to have good credit and decent Financials to qualify. He can't really support a daily debit or high frequency payment as indicated by another post in this thread.

You may want to look to a factoring relationship for your client that will resolve the daily payment problem and grow with their business.
We pay the highest commissions in the factoring industry, up to 25%.

Depending on the value of the property, we would absolutely consider this deal. He says he has one property with 50K of equity and another with 60K, which we can lend max 75% CLTV on ($82,500 if the properties were free and clear, which they probably won't be since he used the word "equity") and a truck that we can potentially get something small out of.
Of course, if the properties are worth 500K with a 450K mortgage on them, he would be past our max CLTV and we wouldn't make an offer.
If this merchant has any friends or family members that would be willing to utilize their property (so we have more collateral coverage), then we can do a max loan of ~$135 with our traditional program, and ~$180K with our BLOC program.Last edited by Zach; 08-17-2015 at 01:17 PM.
