    Construction & Auto Sales

    Which Lender is still considering Construction & Auto sales deals? I have several files that are grossing $150k-$300k monthly, & having difficulties finding them a home. Any suggestions?

    National Funding and Quickbridge are great for construction deals. They come from an equipment financing background, so they understand that space.

    WBL is an excellent option for auto sales, since we won't just stick the client with a 3-5 month term. However, our product is contingent on the client having either real estate or vehicles that he can pledge as collateral.

    Unfortunately that would be difficult, and we could do it on a one-off basis.. but we aren't trying to be a floor plan either.

    He can always pledge cars that he has no intention of selling.. perhaps a luxury vehicle he keeps for himself or something of that nature.

    Of course, we would prefer real estate to any vehicle.

    we have funded a lot of construction with swift. Deals from 200k+. Has to be a clean deal and UW is a pain but they will get it done
