according to your website, it appears you are just a broker.
" in our quest to help all businesses we have partnered with 16 independent business cash advance companies. With this relationship, First Us Funding is able to accomplish deals that our competitors cannot. Because of our successful relationships with our syndicate partners we are able to get deals done that have been turned down by our competitors"
Are you actually just looking to co-broker deals?

There was a sentenced you missed when you were copying and pasting:
"As a direct bank, we presently have 3 in house funders concentrated on specific advance types. However, in our quest to help all businesses we have partnered with 16 independent business cash advance companies."
It looks like they cherry pick the deals they like, and farm out the rest, like a lot of other funders do.

I disagree that "a lot of funders cherry pick the deals they do and farm the rest out". A funder either does a deal or they decline it. They never "farm it out". If they do, they're a broker. And, just because you syndicate some of your deals, it does not make you a "direct bank".
What funder calls themselves a "direct bank" anyway?. They are not banks. This is terminology used by newbie's in the industry.
