    2- 5 Year Terms Only - 450K Loan Requested - Does 2.5M

    Client wants to pay off 3 advances 170k and have total loan of appx $450k
    Wants 3-5 Year term
    Does Over 2 Million per year....NO CREDIT CARDS.... He is a Distributor
    very profitable on P& L as of Aug 2015 $180k profit after add backs
    NO NSF
    avg daily appx 40k
    No Equity in Residence for Collateral
    Credit high 600's to low 700's

    Give Dean Landis a call at Credit Cash, If I recall 2 years is the absolute max but the funding amount wouldn't be a problem not sure what they're take is on stacking.

    With only $2 million a year in sales, not sure how the client is going to be able to generate a $450,000 approval? The client might be capped at $100,000 - $140,000 in approval which means he won't even generate one high enough to pay off the advance balances.
