Super Loans: If your client does $5M+ in annual revenue, and is profitable, achieve up to $5M, 3-5 year terms, semimonthly payments, unbelievable terms and rates!

Asset Funding: Receive 65% of the value of any asset that has a title (any real property, buildings, vehicles, cattle, etc...) We also have asset lenders that don't require a title, will quickly fund up to 80% of the value of the asset, but they will insure and store the asset until the loan is paid back (kind of like a pawn shop on steroids), will fund sports cars, yachts, jewelry, paintings, airplanes, etc.

Commercial Lending: We focus on non-bankable commercial loans. Our lenders include private money investors and chartered banks/lending institutions that focus on alternative loans that traditional banks will not accept. Bankable borrowers are always welcome, as we have competitive rates with conventional banks. The documentation required to qualify and fund our loans are typically much less than traditional what your bank would require.
