mcaguru is correct. Rules and regulations are different per state, but none-the-less Consumer Lending is a much more highly regulated environment.

LoanMe offers business loans to businesses that have a business bank accounts open for just 2 months. It sounds like the borrower understands the need to get business bank accounts established for the business. Give us a call when he has a minimum of 60 days transaction history on a business bank account.
