15.65 million total shares shorted at $17.09 average. 24% of daily trading volume. Shorts are $125M in the money, with absolutely no worry of having to cover anytime soon

    69.5M out
    21M in the float

That's total shares shorted not current interest.

Now if On Deck insiders were shorting the stock you'll probably see prison sentences...

No letting up on Ondeck stock now sadly around 8 Bucks. High was 28 that's down 20 Bucks. I wonder how many merchants / mom and pop buyers that are down from the mid to High 20's. -that's between 1 and 2 Billion of lost money to investors. think about it if there stockbroker charges them a PSF I meant commission it would be from the smaller issues they have at hand

The place to short this stock was around $14. At this point, it's a 50/50 proposition at best. This stock can easily go to zero and I don't see too much upside at all unless another company decides to acquire it. I wouldn't risk too much money on it.

what valuation framework are you using for your analysis?

Stocks trading around 4X rev at the moment. Not an unfair valuation in the least.

Unfortunately for them and all the long holders it is at the mercy of these lawsuit press releases. It's to much of a gamble in either direction right now. The result of the lawsuits will likely dictate the future movement. I think they come out on top but that's my opinion. I'd be long right now if I had to make a move on it.

That said, you can't loose what you don't put in the pot and I wouldn't touch it at all right now. If I was short I'd buy stop it at 10.25 and if already long just hold on and see!

    My humble opinion

I'm a technical trader in my former life. This is based on chart patterns combined with some knowledge of the industry.
