Hi, I have a client with an FCC Broadcast License appraised at $1.49M by Holt Media.

Any lenders out there that will entertain this deal and fund them? The FCC license will act as collateral.

I have several friends with these and I know these licenses are very difficult to obtain - is it radio or tv? if tv is it Hi power or low power ? If radio is it FM or AM? , Is it tied to a terrestrial station and are they broadcasting? or is he just a license holder ? i know some states they are free but again very difficult to obtain therefore depending if its tied to something or not will determine the value.
