Can anyone realistically assist one of my clients who as 6 loans out. Paying out 48,000/month.
2 Loans will be paid off in Oct.
On track to do 3,000,000 Gross this year.

I don't need someone coming in at 7 position.

The balance is right around 200k

Your best bets might be to try either WBL if he's willing to pledge collateral or Flow Lending since their niche is consolidation. They would be a little trickier to get something with because for the most part they don't go past a 3rd or 4th but if he does good deposits they might give him something to knock out at least 2 or 3 positions and net with a monthly payback.
