    Annuities Funding Question

    Have a merchant who has some annuities with a cash value of around $500K. He is wanting to put this up as collateral to get $125K. Are there any lenders or cash flow facilities that fund this type of request?

    Yes, if funds can be drawn from the annuities now and not in the future.
