Restaurant with partner residing outside the states
California restaurant, 6 months in business, does about 40K/month in sales, 30K of that is credit cards, no advances but has been declined by the bank for being too new (ofc)
Problem is that partner with 90% ownership has no SSN or credit and lives out of the country.
Because of the partner situation, is this even fundable? The 10% owner I did speak with said that they were definitely interested in money for TV advertising and food trucks. Would be fine with 15-20K which is what I think he would get.

If the minority partner has a strong credit profile I can get him done on an unsecured line of credit. Give me a call 561-257-0411 or mike@bluecloverfin.com.
Thanks,
Mike
