Who is still doing Auto Sales (Have a solid merchant)

Whats up all? Who is still doing Auto Sales out there. I have a solid Merchant, good credit, strong dailys, not a stacker, no NSF's, been in business for 9 years. Does 200k/month. Merchant has IOU Central and Plantinum for a total of 60k (40k to IOU and 20k to Platinum) Wants to leave IOU in place and payoff platinum for 20k and net additional 100k. Anyone on here doing this type of deal?

Credibly (Formerly Retail Capital) will fund Auto Dealerships and they will pay off up to 3 balances as long as the merchant nets 50%.

WBL would be a good fit if the client has collateral. It won't be one of those 3-5 month 1.45 crazy offers either

I don't think you guys read what I wrote. In todays day and age, I don't consider someone a stacker who has 2 positions and never had any more than 2 positions. Also, he is not looking for a 3rd, he is looking to consolidate the 2nd and have the new company go into 2nd. You guys are funny, maybe some of you should try reading what people write before responding. I get it though, the industry is frustrating at times and some of you use this site as a place to vent, however I am just looking to place a solid deal.

Not really about what you consider a stack or not. By definition, one loan on top of another is stacked.

And, where you are wrong is by writing -- this industry is frustrating at times. It's always frustrating, unless you've received a funding notice in the past hour.

This is why each and everyone of you should write to congress and beg them to regulate the industry. To save you from yourselves and in the mean time maybe get rid of all the idiots who have no business being in this industry or even leaving their house without adult supervision on any given day for that matter

P.S. While yes, 2 positions is a stacker in its truest definition but how many deals do you come across that only have 1 position....not many at all. If anything when someone tells me that they do not have any positions out then I automatically assume they have another set of bank statements.

a merchant in a semi-restricted industry with slim margins and two outstanding advances is solid? I just spit my coffee out all over my desk laughing.

Daily average balances are 40k month over month. He owes 60k against 2.4 million in annual sales. Explain to me how is that slim margins. Sorry that you spilled your coffee, but you should already know, coffee is for closers. :-)

What do the tax return show for profit ? Does he have a floor plan in place ?
That will show you his margins.
Also not sure what's funnier the coffe is for closers or that you think that industry can ever be called a solid file since he only STACKED once

Don't care if the merchant has $20 million a month in deposits. what's the pass thru? What are margins? If the merchant makes $2.4 million a year, but has $2.5 million in expenses, then the other merchant doing $150K a year, but $75K in expenses is more valuable
