    Publicly Traded Company

I have a publicly traded company, dealing with encryption that is seeking to raise $40M through the sale of stock at $2.00/share. They are not looking for a loan, buy an equity position. They also will not pay any upfront fees. Additional information can be supplied after a signed NDA. The sale of stock will be used for R/D and establishing vertical markets.

As you might expect; this is not your typical post on this forum, because their needs fill a particular niche. A Broker/Dealer would be the ideal fit.

I can recommend a few good ones, but if they think anybody is going to introduce them to their book without properly retaining them they are delusional
