LOAN - Collateral
I am looking to get my client a $200,000 loan. He has 4 advances I would like to payoff totaling $150k.
He has 700+ credit and does $110k/monthly deposits.
He has his funeral home he would like to put up as collateral. $550k EQUITY
Do you know anyone who would be able to find him $200,000 over 1-3 years? If so, please let me know.
