I saw an offer fr wbl that an ISo said was $150k, 3k mo interest only and a balloon payment due in 6 months - home was to be used as collateral- what happens if they don't have the balloon in 6 mo??

With our interest-only three-year product, there are (clearly) interest-only payments. Since no principal balance is being touched, there is obviously going to be a remaining principal balance remaining. We have a few routes the clients can traverse:

1. They can refinance the balance into a base loan (ACH loan) to attack that principal balance over a 6-18 month term

2. They can continue interest only payments as long as they like (in leasing, we would call this evergreen)
