    Funeral Home needs $200k w/ collateral

    I have a funeral home making $110,000/month. He has 4 advances out for a total balance of $150,000. Even with all the daily payments ($1,500/day), he has 0 negative days in last 6 months and $30,000 avg balance.

    I am looking to get him $200,000 on a collateralized loan for 12-24 months. This will pay off all his advances and he will net $50k. He is willing to put up his funeral home, which has about $550k of equity.
